Krisiyukta (“App”) is an application for the use of the any person requiring agro services from Krisiyukta. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access App. KRISIYUKTA takes your privacy seriously, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of the personal information that you provide to us.

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users. We collect different types of information through App in the following ways:
A. Our App require you to sign up with mobile number. When you do, we ask for OTP sent on the entered mobile number and then user needs to add the partner code and then user will enter their personal information and farming information to create their dynamic profile like your name, image, email address, Location, soil type, crops etc to store with your account.
B. All other requests that you raise on any part of the App (this might include photos, videos, and any other content will be associated with your account);
C. Interactions that you have with other users or content on the Service.
We collect information about the services that you use and how you use them or view and interact with other users and content. This information includes:
D. Device – We collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). App may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your App account.
E. Log information – When you use our services or view content provided by App, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:
F. Location information – When you use App, we collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geo-location or by accessing your mobile device’s GPS coordinates or coarse location if you enable location services of your device or other sensors.
G. Unique application numbers – Certain services in the App include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number) may be sent to App when you install or uninstall that service or when that service periodically contacts our servers, such as for automatic updates.
H. Local storage – We may collect and store data and information (including personal information) locally on your device using various mechanisms.
We use the information we collect from our App to
A. Provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones and to protect KRISIYUKTA and our users. We also use this information to optimize your user experience and improve the App.
B. Analyze, evaluate and /or aggregate the information to help us understand your tasks, functions, goals, duties etc and that of other users, to analyze trends and for business purposes of KRISIYUKTA.
C. List your profile in the App/ KRISIYUKTA directory of users so that other App users can find you. Please note the information you list about yourself in your profile will be viewable to other authorized users.
D. Communicate with you regarding your use of the App, and to advise you of changes to the App;
E. Use your email address or other contact information to send you instructions, tasks, articles, news, updates, newsletters, marketing materials, or any other information related to the App and/ or business of KRISIYUKTA.
F. For any other purposes that we specifically communicate to you when we collect that information.
We will never sell your data or share it publicly. We may share the information received from you for the following:
A. Internal processing – We may share personal information to other employees of KRISIYUKTA for processing and analyses in relation to the business of KRISIYUKTA.
B. External processing – We provide personal information to our consultants/ business partners to process it for us, based on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
C. For legal reasons – We will share personal information with companies, organisations or individuals outside of KRISIYUKTA if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
We will retain your information and any data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. We shall take reasonable steps to delete or permanently de-identify information that is no longer needed.
System will allow the user to delete his/her Krisiyukta Mobile app Account from the profile page in the Krisiyukta Mobile app. With the account deletion we delete the personal information we keep about the User.
Links to third-party advertisements, third-party websites/applications or any third party electronic communication service may be provided on the App which are operated by third parties and are not controlled by, or affiliated to, or associated with, KRISIYUKTA unless expressly specified on the App.
KRISIYUKTA is not responsible for any form of transmission, whatsoever, received by you from any third party website. Accordingly, KRISIYUKTA does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such third-party websites, nor does KRISIYUKTA control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such third-party websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by KRISIYUKTA of the third-party websites, the website’s provider, or the information on the website. The information provided by you to such third party websites shall be governed in accordance with the privacy policies of such third party websites and it is recommended that you review the privacy policy of such third party websites prior to using such websites.
